Challenge

Citizen Advocates has long recognized that true care means supporting the full picture which includes treatment, yes, but also housing, transportation, childcare, and more. With 123 support services available, the challenge wasn’t offering help, it was making sure people knew about it and how to access it. We stepped in to help close that gap and build awareness of those essential services.

Goals

  • Increase internal and external awareness about the supportive services Citizen Advocates offers.
  • Connect people with a Targeted Case Manager for access to these supportive services.

Methods and outcomes

Keeping Citizen Advocates’ rural location in mind, we focused heavily on the digital space as well as billboard advertising on a popular commuting route and grocery center.

In the digital space we prioritized social campaigns leading people to a custom landing page where they could become more aware of all the supportive services Citizen Advocates offers and how to request them.

  • 926 new CA website users, with a total of 1,388 users, went to the landing page within 60 days of the campaign.
  • 1,555 page views within 60 days of campaign, which shows repeat visits
