Challenge
Citizen Advocates needed to reach a wide range of stakeholders and community members, but simply printing an annual impact report wasn’t enough. The reach was limited, and scaling up print production was cost-prohibitive. We needed a way to share their message more broadly while also considering how people prefer to consume information.
Goals
- Increase public and stakeholder access to the Citizen Advocates’ annual impact information.
- Highlight achievements, innovations, and heartwarming stories with professional, brand-aligned design.
Outcomes
In order to increase access to the report, we disseminated the impact report through a printed book, video, and a custom website. Thanks to this approach, the impact report has reached:
- 4.7K unique vistors to the website
- 7K page views
- 5K total visits to the website
- 484 views of the brand video, not including those who viewed it on the website

We are proud to have created Citizen Advocates’ impact reports for several years now, with 2020’s report winning the NESCHO Lamplighter Gold Award for design, video and corresponding website.
