Challenge

Housing Vermont and Northern New England Housing Investment Fund (NNEHIF) decided to merge, creating a powerhouse new entity that provides affordable housing and community investments for low- and moderate-income people in Vermont, Maine, and New Hampshire.

They needed a new brand identity that truly represented what both organizations were bringing to the merger, as well as the new work they would now be capable of.

Goals

  • Establish a new name through interviews, competitive research, and exploration.
  • Develop a new brand, including visual identity, voice, mission, and vision.
  • Design brand collateral and announcement materials.
  • Create a fully responsive website that was easy for their team to contribute to and update.

Outcomes

Working along side both organizations, we developed a new name, logo, brand identity, and website that not only reflected the core values of each organization, but also the goals and aspirations of the newly formed entity.
