We needed to distill a mountain of complicated information, translating a health network’s complex strategies for addressing some rather complicated challenges into easy-to-understand concepts and tools that resonated with its diverse external stakeholders–driving greater clarity, engagement, and alignment outside and within the organization.

Goals

  • Create a website that walked stakeholders through the issues in a transparent, easy-to-follow experience.
  • Generate campaign site visits from the most relevant audience segments.
  • Increase awareness and social engagement around UVMHN initiatives, budget concerns and successes.

Outcomes

Within one year of launch, our custom website received:

  • 23,650 unique users
  • 41,558 page views
  • 31,005 website sessions
