Local banking has evolved rapidly in recent years. NBM needed a website that honored its deep local roots and history, without being mistaken for a small-scale operation. We showcased their cutting-edge technology, enhanced user experience, and digital tools, all while emphasizing their genuine local presence.

Outcomes

With increased functionality, flexibility and a solid SEO foundation we were able to increase traffic to the site, decrease bounce rates and increase the amount of time people spent on the new site.

  • 68% increase in new users within the first 18 months of the new site launch – from 122,454 new users in the previous 18 months to 206,109 new users in the 18 months following the launch
  • 39% decrease in bounce rate after launch
  • 79% increase in average time spent on the website after launch, going from 43 seconds to 3 minutes 26 seconds
