Challenge
Citizen Advocates needed to spread the word about their new Behavioral Health Urgent Care centers in the North Country of New York—what they are, why they matter, and how they’re changing access to care. With different locations and opening dates in a rural area, we needed a flexible campaign that could easily switch between sites and update from “opening soon” to “now open.”
Goals
- Drive geo-targeted traffic to custom landing pages that educated visitors on what Behavioral Health Urgent Care Centers are, when to use them and what to expect.
- Leverage out of home (OOH) marketing to target rural populations beyond digital channels.
- Provide local health care providers tools they could use to spread the word about this new, local service.
